Each unit is a shared duplex on nearly 1 acre of land in a quiet country setting.

The living space of each unit is approximately 1044 square feet. Units have a combined kitchen, living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (one in the master bedroom and one off the hallway).

Each kitchen is equipped with double sink, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

There is a laundry area in each unit but the renter must provided all applicances. Dryers are all wired electric.

Each unit has its own central AC, electric heat, and hot water heater.

Units are all electric. The renter is responsible for electic and water charges.

Waterbeds are allowed if they meet certain restrictions but require and extra $250 security deposit.

Cable tv and phone lines are available at the renter's personal cost. Cable tv is pre-wired into each room.

Some units have an outdoor storage shed for personal use; however, no flammable materials may be stored on Country Place property. Additional, secure, indoor storage space, 10'x10' available on site for an extra $75 per month.

Each unit has paved private parking for 2 vehicles.
